ORDERING

1. all items are handmade to order

2. select quantity and options if applicable

3. leave any custom instructions in the personalization area

4. go to shopping cart and check out

SHIPPING

1. please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be created and shipped

2. during the holiday season, processing times may be pushed out to 2+ weeks

3. all orders ship via USPS 1st class or Priority mail

4. shipping confirmation with tracking will be emailed upon shipment

RETURNS

1. please contact me via email (jellylane@live.com) if there is a problem with your order as soon as possible

2. I can not accept returns on personalized or custom ordered items

3. If there is a spelling error on your item, a return postage label will be emailed to you. Please package the item in its original packaging if possible. Corrections will be made and it will be returned to you within 3-5 business days.

Items may be returned for a refund minus shipping costs, as long as they are received back within 10 days of receipt and in unused condition **This policy excludes personalized/custom designs. Postage is non refundable and you will be responsible for return postage.

DAMAGES/LOST SHIPMENT

In the event of damage in transit, please email immediately. A claim for damage during shipping, missing items, or lost shipments must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods or original ship date. You may file a claim for missing parcel with USPS here:

Damaged items will be repaired or replaced, or a full credit may be issued at our option within 30 days of receipt of item.
